Terms of booking

To book please email with your preferred date, time and location. Prices shown on the website do not include our mileage charge of 60p per mile for outside of our area (Clacton on sea) 

All bookings require a 10% non refundable deposit to secure Your date. The remaining balance is due the day before your booking via bank transfer. If you would like to pay the remaining balance in cash please let us know. This must be paid before we set up on the day. Inside Out Events reserves the right to cancel a booking without notice if payment has not been received.

Please note your deposit is non refundable unless we have to cancel your booking. If your plans change we may be able to change your date (subject to availability) 

Health and Safety

We are unable to set up our bell tents or inflatable igloo in winds over 25mph. If the weather changes whilst on hire you should not stay in the tent and should disconnect the blower from the igloo. The igloo is NOT suitable for overnight sleeping it is not camping equipment.

our soft play equipment is for use by children under 5 years only and should always be used under parent supervision .
